Tree care
Trees define the character of a garden: they give shade, privacy and structure. Keeping them in good shape takes focused attention now and then. We inspect your trees for health and safety, advise on maintenance and carry it out, so you need not worry about them.
For us, tree care is part of overall garden maintenance. We look not only at the tree itself but at how it sits in the garden: the Japanese maples and the ornamental pine at our pool garden, the multi-stemmed tree in the border of the lounge garden, or pleached trees along a terrace. Each species needs its own way of pruning at its own time of year.
Does a tree have to go because it is diseased, growing too large or in the way of a new garden build? Then we remove it safely and carefully, even in tight town gardens in Amsterdam, Amstelveen and the surrounding area.
